What is automated batching?+
Automated batching weighs and portions dried flower into exact package weights by machine instead of by hand. The Precision Batcher hits a 0.01 g tolerance run after run — eliminating overpack giveaway and freeing your team from the scale table.
How is this different from a multihead weigher?+
Multihead weighers are bulk-food crossover machines: vibration-driven, 0.1 g tolerance at best, and hard on trichomes. GVS batchers were purpose-built for cannabis — AirKush™ gentle handling, 10× tighter tolerance, piece count and bud size control, and production data on every run.
